During the meal, although people weren’t utterly silent, they didn’t speak much either.
The food was delicious, and those eating were quite happy.

Even sleeping inside required covering up with a quilt, let alone outside.
If Pei Yang really slept outside for a night, he would definitely catch a cold.
Jiang Ran disagreed.
"Sister-in-law, don’t be fooled by my thin appearance; I’m healthy. Have you ever seen me sick? Even if I sleep outside, I won’t fall ill, so don’t worry."
No matter how convincing he sounded, Jiang Ran had only two words, "No way!"
Jiang Ran’s decision was something Pei Yang couldn’t argue against or object to.
"If I can’t sleep outside, then what do we do at night?"
